Key responsibilities in your new role

• 12+ years' experience in ATE Testing of power products (Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.)
• Strong analog/mixed/power products test knowledge
• Experience in defining test strategy for new products
• Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products
• New products test development experience from design to release production
• Proven records with test cost reduction techniques
• Strong leader with technical background
• Experience in ATE Char/Qual programs development
• Well experienced in test hardware/software qualification and release process
• Good work experience in ETS800 tester platform
• Familiar with programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
