You will develop sales strategies, manage end-to-end cycles from lead generation to closure, and collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution. This role requires a strong network with HR leaders and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in sales / business development.
• Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services).
• Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Established network with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Experience in staffing firms or HR consulting.
• Willingness to travel across India & GCC markets.
