Galaxy i Technologies is seeking a Senior Video Unified Communications Engineer (AVCN) to design, implement, and support enterprise Audio/Video collaboration solutions. The role involves providing L2/L3 support for Cisco Voice & Video infrastructure and troubleshooting Cisco Webex Meetings, Calling, and Control Hub.

The position requires hands-on experience with Cisco endpoints, CUCM/Expressways, and related protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise Audio/Video collaboration solutions.
• Strong background with Cisco collaboration infrastructure (CUCM/Expressways/Voice Gateways).
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Cisco Webex Meetings, Calling and Control Hub.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Audio/Video collaboration solutions.
