Job summary

NIIT in India is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator – Multilingual to manage end-to-end training administration for global clients across regions (EMEA, APAC, NAM). This role focuses on operational excellence, SLA adherence, and a high-quality learner experience.

You will coordinate scheduling, enrollment, logistics, LMS activities, and learner communications, while supporting multilingual delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1.5–2 years' experience in training

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in training coordination or learning operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training coordination (scheduling, enrollment, logistics).
• Support multilingual training delivery across regions.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle learner communications, queries, and escalations.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery teams for smooth execution.
• Manage LMS activities (course setup, enrollments, tracking, reporting).
• Prepare reports and training metrics.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint.

Educational Qualification
