Job summary

NIIT is seeking an Associate Training Coordinator – Managed Services in Gurugram, India. You will support end-to-end training administration for global clients, coordinating logistics, managing learner communications, and handling LMS activities to ensure smooth training delivery across regions.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with training administration via email, offering scheduling options, collecting information, documenting cases, and generating daily/weekly Excel reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fresher.
