Job summary

NIIT is seeking a Senior Technical Training Developer – Learning Delivery to lead the design, development, and delivery of technical learning programs across the organization.

You will create high-quality learning content, deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions, and ensure content stays up-to-date with technology changes, driving learner engagement and continuous improvement. Collaboration with leaders and SMEs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in learning delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage technical training programs for employees, freshers, and clients.
• Create high-quality learning content including presentations, e-learning modules, assessments, SOPs, learner guides, and technical documentation.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions effectively.
• Ensure timely updates of training content based on technology, process, or business changes.
• Drive learner engagement initiatives and continuous improvement in training methodologies.
• Manage LMS activities including course creation, learner tracking, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare and present training reports, dashboards, and learning insights to leadership teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
