Job summary

NIIT is seeking a Senior Technical Training Developer – Learning Delivery to design, coordinate and deliver technical learning programs for employees, freshers, or clients. The role involves creating engaging training content, facilitating virtual/classroom sessions, supporting learner engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with expertise in instructional design, learning delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in technical training delivery.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training materials, presentations, assessments, and learner guides.
• Deliver technical and process training through virtual and classroom sessions.
• Coordinate with trainers, stakeholders, and business teams for training schedules and delivery plans.
• Manage learning operations including attendance tracking, assessments, feedback, and reporting.
• Maintain training records and learning dashboards.
• Assist in managing LMS activities such as course uploads, learner tracking, and completion reports.
• Conduct refresher sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of learning delivery methodologies and instructional design.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts/processes.
