Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Engineering Services to drive end-to-end DELMIA Apriso MES application development and engineering services across global deployments.

You will lead delivery, design, integration, and ongoing improvements of manufacturing applications, while coordinating onsite/offshore teams and ensuring adherence to DoD and development standards.

Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Engineering Services with strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso MES application development.

The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end MES solution delivery, engineering, and support initiatives, driving design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing applications across global deployments.

This role requires a blend of technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement in a manufacturing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Apriso MES application engineering services including enhancements, rollouts, and support
• Own scope, timelines, quality, and delivery governance for assigned projects
• Manage distributed teams (onsite/offshore) and coordinate across multiple plants / geographies
• Ensure adherence to defined development standards, DoD (Definition of Done), and best practices

Apriso MES Engineering

• Provide technical leadership for DELMIA Apriso MES implementations and enhancements
• Guide teams on:
  • Process Builder (PB), Global Process Manager (GPM), BPM workflows
  • Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance modules
• Ensure scalable and optimized MES solution design aligned with manufacturing processes
