Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. in Gujarat seeks an experienced MES Solutions Engineer/Consultant to design, implement, integrate, and support MES for advanced manufacturing. You will collaborate with IT, automation, and shop floor teams to optimize workflows and ensure seamless MES/ERP/SCADA integration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MES, strong hands-on DELMIA Apriso, C# and SQL, and proven experience across ISA-95/ISA-88 standards and equipment interfaces. Onsite role in Sanand, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MES solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Dassault DELMIA Apriso.
• Strong C# and SQL skills.
• Experience in MES implementation and configuration.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP / PLM / WMS / QMS / LIMS.
• Experience integrating MES with SCADA / WCS / Automation / IoT.
• Knowledge of ISA-95 and ISA-88.
• Experience with equipment interface and commissioning.
• 3+ years of MES experience in Battery, Semiconductor, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotech manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement MES for manufacturing, warehouse, and quality workflows.
• Participate in MES solution design, development, and testing.
• Translate business requirements into MES/MOM solutions.
• Integrate MES with ERP, PLM, WMS, QMS, LIMS, and other enterprise apps.
• Integrate MES with SCADA, WCS, Automation, IoT, and equipment interfaces.
• Design data flows between manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot solutions using C# and SQL.
• Apply ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for system integration.
• Support equipment interface commissioning and MES deployment.
• Troubleshoot MES production issues and drive improvements.
• Prepare design documentation and conduct training sessions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, automation, IT, and stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MES Systems Engineer / MES Solution Consultant to design, implement, integrate, and support Manufacturing Execution Systems for advanced manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with IT, engineering, automation, and manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows and enable seamless integration between MES, OT, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Dassault DELMIA Apriso MES for manufacturing, warehouse, and quality workflows.
• Participate in MES solution design, development, implementation, testing, support, and maintenance.
