The Eaton Corporation in Pune seeks an experienced Lead Analyst - IT Apriso to drive design, DevOps, and technical strategy for MES projects on the Delmia Apriso platform. You will oversee Run, Project and Release activities, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, implement best practices, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor peers in Apriso, C#, JavaScript, API development, and DevSecOps processes.

What you’ll do

The Lead Analyst - IT for the Digital Manufacturing will have primary responsibility for driving and supporting the design, DevOps, technical strategy and deliver solutions for strateigically aligned projects by incorporating best practices and established pattern standards throughout the project lifecycle as an expert in MES Space.

This Apriso technical Lead Analyst will be part of the Manufacturing Core team managing all Apriso Framework.

This position is responsible for gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and developing solution on Delmia-Apriso platform with proven track records on: Time & Labor, Manufaturing, Quality, Dashboard & PMC etc.. This position also requires the capability to understand network and security constraints, both on the office as well as on the shopfloor networks.

Knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing is a plus. Having been through application upgrade in the past is also a plus.

Person will be overlooking three main types of activities: support (Run), project, release. Main contributions are expected both on Project and Release tasks; but checking support incidents is also part of the job.

In addition to Apriso knowledge, it will be a plus for the candidate to demonstrate development skills on multiple types of platforms like : C#, Javascript, API

As our Apriso technical specialist, you will be in charge of your functional scope to :

• Experience in multiple Apriso implementations as a Lead Analyst
• Define, develop, build, and configure solutions that implement user stories
• Define, develop and execute agile work plans for iterative and incremental product delivery
• Ensure that solutions delivered by the team meet technical requirements, non-functional requirements, and enterprise technology standards
• Continuously integrate and deploy solutions (with support of DevOps and service teams)
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and performance. Work with test teams to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage; investigate and fix bugs; create automated test scripts
• Lead the development of prototype designs for a product using a wide range of techniques
• Participate in requirements analysis workshops, solution design, Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation
• Good functional knowledge in manufacturing domain
• Experience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor, Process Builder, Global Process Manager)
• Good experience in customizing the solution using Apriso out of the box user controls, business components etc.
• Good experience in implementing business logic using Apriso Process Builder
• Experience in Apriso portal for master data configurations
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES Apriso applications
• Drives the technical delivery of solutions from initiation through development, validation, go-live and user adoption.
• Author high quality, unit tested code in an iterative manner
• Document solutions by using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, code snippets, and performance instruments. Guide others on the team in documenting their code
• Recommend software tools to management and architecture teams

Qualifications:

• Master / Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited insitutuion
• 10+ years of experience; 5+ years of experience in Apriso manufacturing Solution and development background.with a proven track record of shipping high quality products

Skills:

• Development skills (general): Delmia Apriso 2022/2023 & above, XML Management, C#/JavaScript, HTML and associated IDE’s (Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ, etc.)
• Apriso platform: Delmia Apriso 2022/2023 & more recent is must; Process Builder, GPM, Business Integrator
• Data base : MS SQL Server, Queries & Performance management expertise
• Proven hands-on experience through Apriso rollouts: Process builder, Screen developments.
• Extensive experience utilizing best practices in software engineering
• Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and their associated development platforms
• Extensive experience developing enterprise grade, highly scalable web-based applications and/or distributed systems
• Advanced understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts
• Expert level understanding of DevSecOps, CI, and CD principles from code check-in through to deployment
• Extensive experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, containers, and cloud services.
• Advanced in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain and present technical concepts to a diverse set of audiences
• Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work colaboratively on a technical team
• Experience working with and guiding diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams
