Job summary

Mouri Tech in Hyderabad seeks an experienced MES Solution Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end MES programs using Siemens Opcenter and DELMIA Apriso. You will steward architecture, configuration, and deployment, translating plant needs into MES solutions while coordinating with ERP/SCADA/PLM systems.

You will mentor teams, contribute to COE initiatives, and participate in pre-sales activities, vendor workshops, and client demos to advance digital manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

MES Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation programs using Siemens Opcenter and/or DELMIA Apriso.
• Drive solution architecture, functional design, configuration, customization, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather manufacturing requirements and translate them into MES solutions.
• Support integrations with ERP, PLM, SCADA, PLC, Historian, and shop floor systems.
• Ensure successful deployment across production, quality, traceability, inventory, and manufacturing operations.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to MES development and implementation teams.
• Review solution designs, integration approaches, and development standards.
• Drive best practices for MES architecture, deployment, validation, and support.
• Support performance optimization and issue resolution for MES applications.

Team Building & Capability Development

• Build, mentor, and scale MES competency teams.
• Conduct internal trainings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring programs.
• Support hiring activities including technical interviews and team onboarding.
• Define reusable frameworks, accelerators, templates, and implementation methodologies.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

• Support pre-sales activities including solution presentations, effort estimations, proposal preparation, and client demos.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and solution workshops.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify MES transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to capability presentations, GTM strategies, and practice development initiatives.

Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management

• Engage directly with client stakeholders including manufacturing, operations, quality, and IT teams.
• Lead requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, governance meetings, and status reviews.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for MES transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with onsite-offshore teams and manage delivery expectations.

COE (Center of Excellence) Contributions

• Contribute to MES COE initiatives and strategic capability development.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, proof-of-concepts, and demo environments.
• Support innovation initiatives around Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML, and Digital Manufacturing.
• Contribute to organizational competency development and strategic roadmap planning.
