Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a MES specialist to configure and drive DELMIA Apriso MES capabilities across quality, inventory/warehouse, and maintenance/workforce domains. The role requires strong DELMIA Apriso experience and automotive/EV manufacturing knowledge, including traceability and NC/CAPA processes.

The candidate will deliver FRS/BRD, solution design, data capture matrices, UI mappings, test packs, and training materials, supporting go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• 4–10 years MES experience with DELMIA Apriso.
• Strong functional exposure to DELMIA Apriso implementations.
• Knowledge of automotive/EV manufacturing processes.
• Experience with traceability, genealogy, NC/CAPA, and rework loops.

Job Description

Configure/drive DELMIA Apriso MES capabilities for:

Quality: in-process checks, NCR/NC, rework/repair, sampling plans, audit trails

Inventory/Warehouse: material issue/return, staging, kitting, consumption/backflush (as applicable)

Maintenance & Workforce(if in scope): downtime, PM, skill/certification, labor reporting

Typical Deliverables

FRS/BRD, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Data Capture Matrix, UI/Wireframe mapping, Test packs, Training material, Go-live checklist.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (BE/BTech/BSc or equivalent)

Experience :

4–10 yrs MES experience withstrong functional exposure to DELMIA Aprisoimplementations.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

5–10 yrs MES experience withstrong functional exposure to DELMIA Aprisoimplementations.

Solid understanding ofautomotive/EV manufacturing(assembly stations, interlocks, quality gates, EOL).

Knowledge oftraceability, genealogy, NC/CAPA, rework loops, WIP controls

Preferred Skills :

• Exposure to SAP integration concepts (S/4HANA/ECC), basic understanding of PLC/SCADA data capture.
• Exposure to scheduling/APS concepts (Ortems/PPDS) is a plus
