Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Testing & Quality Assurance P to spearhead test strategy and lead a high-performing QA team in a hybrid setup in India.

You will drive manual and automated testing across software applications, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality outcomes. The role emphasizes strong leadership, deep testing expertise, and the ability to implement best practices in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a computing field.
• Certifications in software testing (CSQA/CSTE/ISTQB) preferred.
• Experience leading QA/testing teams and test strategy development.
