Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Testing & QA to guide a team of testers, design test plans, and ensure high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure coverage, mentor staff, and drive testing best practices across projects.

This role offers a hybrid work model in India, with exposure to AI-enabled testing initiatives within Genpact's AI Gigafactory and opportunities to mentor peers while advancing test automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities; Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements; Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage; Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance; Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements; Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices; Monitor and report on testing progress and elevate issues as needed.
