Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to guide a team of testers, design robust test plans and scripts, and ensure comprehensive coverage across projects. You will coordinate with development teams and oversee both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.

You will analyze results, provide improvement recommendations, and mentor peers in testing best practices while contributing to AI-driven testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester - International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE)
• Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer - KodNest
• ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
