Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance in Hyderabad. You will lead a team of testers, design test plans, and drive both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with development teams, and a focus on delivering reliable results in a fast-moving AI-driven environment. You will mentor staff, analyze outcomes, and promote testing best practices while reporting progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering, CS or IT.
• Masters in software engineering preferred.
• ISTQB or similar certification beneficial.
• Experience leading QA teams preferred.
