- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing organization.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Responsible for successful design of controls system and programming coding to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by Project Manager
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring against approved positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other talent channels.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.
- Manage pre-joining activities, including documentation, background verification, medical examinations, travel, accommodation, and onboarding logistics.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, recruitment dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including probation tracking, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and ensure effective vendor management.
- Represent the organization at campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and global talent acquisition initiatives.
