Responsibilities include leading a software development team, acting as a liaison between developers and management, and ensuring project delivery. Candidates should have cloud infrastructure knowledge, experience with UK/European teams, and expertise in Prompt Engineering. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the onsite software development team.
• Act as the key link between developers, the remote IT Director, and senior management.
• Ensure on-time project delivery, scope adherence, and alignment with budget.
• Track and maximise developer utilisation for full productivity.
• Use Jira (or similar tools) for sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines; work with DevOps for smooth deployments.
• Resolve team conflicts, keep morale high, and maintain a collaborative culture.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes and systems.

Skills
