Genpact Ltd. in India is seeking a Sr. Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to own the end-to-end payroll and benefits processes. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses while administering health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

The role requires hands-on experience with payroll compliance, policy guidance, and timely resolution of queries in collaboration with HR and Finance teams. A data-driven, continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Formación

• Data-driven approach to payroll processes and benefits operations.
• Certifications in payroll practices and compliance (CPP/CIPP/CPA) preferred.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll/benefits queries and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies and address escalated queries.
