Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Specialist for F&A I2C to support disputes resolution, AR optimization, and vendor communications. The role collaborates with sales, billing, and finance teams to drive timely resolutions and process improvements.

Night shift in Gurugram is available, with emphasis on compliance and data accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong accounting foundations, experience in AR/AP, and proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle ERP, along with excellent English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting / Commerce / Economics / Finance or Masters in Finance are preferred.
• F-Tec Accounts Payable Certification / CFA / CPA are listed as certifications.
• Experience with AR, AP, and dispute resolution processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Resolve disputes and prevent recurrence in collaboration with sales, billing and finance teams.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to billing and AR processes.
• Maintain clear records of disputes, resolutions, and escalation steps for audit readiness.
• Prepare reports on dispute trends, timelines, and outstanding issues for management insights.
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing contracts, POs, and billing communications.
• Engage clients professionally to clarify issues, negotiate resolutions, and maintain relationships.
