Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Specialist - F&A - I2C to manage ITC portfolios, handle payments, disputes, and collections while ensuring quality controls. The role demands solid AR/ARM skills and strong client relations in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Candidates with CPA/CFA/CTP or related certifications and a background in accounting or finance will excel. This is a regular office-based role in Kerala with flexible shifts to support global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance preferred.
• Professional certifications in finance/FP&A are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong client relations.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, dispute and collections queries.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs or process manuals as per client requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operational guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits and log process exceptions for knowledge retention.
