Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to review and process invoices, validate supplier data, PO details, and payment schedules.

You will release invoices for timely payments, follow up on requisitions, and support process improvements while adhering to internal AP guidelines. The role requires a foundational accounting background and relevant AP certifications, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliant finances across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Accounts Payable Certification - F-Tec
• CAMS - Professional School of Indian Banking (PSIB)
• CFA - Skillab
• CFE - ACFE
• CPA - Perfekt Szolnok

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions.
• Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up with requisitions to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline.
• Adhere to internal compliance policy and guideline established by management.
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines.
