Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru is seeking a Specialist in F&A for I2C to support ITC portfolio management and payments/disputes handling. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience in AR/collections, data literacy, and client relations. You will perform quality checks, prepare SOPs, and ensure compliance.

The position is office-based in Bengaluru, with flexible shift timings and opportunities for growth in AI-powered finance transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Accounting, AR collection and cash application experience beneficial.
• Experience with client relations and payment/dispute handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client.
• Client Management - Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, dispute and collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions and for knowledge retention.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or Process manuals per Client & Process requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines.
