Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Front Line Manager for F&A I2C to lead day-to-day Order to Cash activities, including master data, billing, cash application, and dispute resolution. The role focuses on meeting SLAs, driving process standardization, and delivering actionable insights to improve cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have ACCA/CIMA or equivalent certification, strong Excel skills, and experience in AR, billing, and collections, with a track record of leadership and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• ACCA/CIMA or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes including Customer Master, Order Management, Billing, Cash Application and Dispute Management & Resolution.
• Drive process standardization, controls and SOX compliance across global operations.
• Monitor and improve DSO, CEI and cash flow; lead governance calls and service reviews.
