Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior Specialist - F&A - FP&A to lead monthly revenue and cost forecasting, including SG&A, IT, and STIP, and to drive performance reviews and dashboards.

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, analyze variances, and support cross-functional consolidations of forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan. Strong financial modeling and scenario-building skills are required, along with experience in FP&A, GL, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience in FP&A and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• AOP and monthly forecasting of Revenue, cost lines including SG&A, IT, STIP.
• Finance Performance Tracking, Analysis, & Reporting with variance analysis.
• Weekly updates from Divisions, SG&A, and other VPs.
• Support consolidations of forecasts and AOP with cross-functional teams.
• Ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario planning.

Financial Performance Tracking, Analysis, & Reporting: Flash, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance. Weekly Updates (updates from Divisions, SC, and Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) Supporting Division finance and other vertical with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis. Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process Cross functional collaboration for consolidations of forecasts and AOP Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, thoughtful and meaningful analysis Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year revenue, expenses and proactively identify opportunities for improvements Financial Modelling and Scenario building: Support team with ad-hoc scenario building by using necessary financial models.
