Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist in F&A - FP&A to drive monthly revenue and cost forecasts, SG&A, and IT spend. You will deliver variance analysis, create dashboards, and support senior management with insights.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration and ongoing process improvements. Ideal candidates have a finance degree and strong FP&A experience, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Commerce or Economics.
• Professional certifications (CFA/CPA/CFP/CMA) are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• AOP and monthly forecasting for Revenue, cost lines, and SG&A.
• Perform variance analysis and present to senior management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for divisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for forecast consolidations and cross-functional inputs.
• Build ad-hoc financial models and scenario planning.
