Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist in F&A - FP&A to lead cost accounting and financial planning activities in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. The role focuses on product costing, cost variance analysis, and month-end close while leveraging generative AI to drive smarter financial insights.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-focused degree, with CFA/CPA/CMA credentials valued, and have experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and MIS reporting within a hybrid work setup in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Master’s in Finance preferred.
• Certifications in CFA, CFP, CMA, CMA-ICMAI, CPA are recognized.

Responsibilities

• Cost Accounting – Prepare and maintain product costing and standard cost systems.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost differences.
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile stock records.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, profitability reports, and MIS.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.
