Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A to lead budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights through financial analysis and dashboards.

You will collaborate with business leaders to align financial plans with strategic goals and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. Responsibilities include variance analysis, KPI tracking, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning responsibilities.
• Variance analysis and KPI review to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic financial support.
• Drive automation and standardization of FP&A processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts in FP&A if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
