Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead - Corporate FP&A in Gurgaon to oversee FP&A activities, drive planning and forecasting, and align financial plans with business goals. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and drive automation in FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance with a master's in finance preferred.
• Strong proficiency in FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization to drive actionable insights.

• Oversee FP&A activities for a business unit or function, driving financial insights.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
