Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Gurugram, India seeks a Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A to lead monthly forecasting of revenue and costs, and to deliver variance analysis and dashboards for senior leadership.

You will support cross-functional consolidation of forecasts and AOP, prepare detailed financial reports, and engage in ad-hoc modelling to identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication with divisions and SG&A is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• CFA, CFP, CMA, CPA or equivalent certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• AOP monthly forecasting of Revenue and cost lines including SG&A, IT, STIP etc., and drive it through performance reviews and dashboards.
• Financial performance tracking, analysis, and reporting with variance analysis to senior management.
• Weekly updates from divisions and SG&A; support division finance with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration for consolidations of forecasts and AOP.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and analyses; identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Financial modelling and scenario building to support ad-hoc needs.
