Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI-powered business transformation, is hiring for a Front Line Manager - FP&A in Dadri, India. You will analyze financial statements, oversee monthly revenue and expense reporting, and support forecasting and closings.

You will provide financial expertise to management, drive revenue improvements and cost reductions, assist in accounting processes, and develop internal controls. Hybrid work model with strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/commerce/accounting, etc.
• Professional certifications like CFA/CPA/FRM are desirable.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and determine monthly revenue and expenses.
• Backlog revenue reporting and period-over-period comparisons.
• Provide FP&A support including forecasting, closings and reconciliations.
• Assist in accounting and closing processes and develop internal controls.
