Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting performance.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends and insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize FP&A processes and controls.
• Support departments with performance management best practices and alignment with goals.
