Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Master's degree in finance is preferred.
• Professional certifications (CFA/CPA/CMA) are valued.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
• Fluent English and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Financial Reporting & AnalysisAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget/forecast.Help identify trends and provide insights into business performance.2. Budgeting & ForecastingParticipate in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.Gather and consolidate data from different departments for accurate forecasts.Support the development of financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.3. Business Performance MonitoringTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building dashboards.Monitor financial and operational performance against strategic goals.Provide actionable insights to management based on data analysis.4. Data Management & Financial ModelingSupport the maintenance and enhancement of financial models (Excel or BI tools).Collect and analyze financial and non-financial data from internal systems.Assist in scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic planning.5.
