Job summary

G-Rank - Digital Marketing Partner in Begumpet, Hyderabad, is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Digital Marketing to lead and optimize paid campaigns for real estate clients.

You will plan, execute, and measure Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads while coordinating with creative and sales teams to drive lead generation and brand growth. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing real estate marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, WhatsApp Marketing Automation, and Amazon Ads.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
• Experience handling monthly advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Develop digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign planning.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Manage tracking using GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing Automation campaigns and CRM integrations.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve performance.
• Experience with CRM integration and audience segmentation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
• Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Develop digital marketing strategies specifically for real estate projects, including apartments, villas, plotted developments, and commercial properties.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign planning.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, ROAS, and Lead Quality.
• Manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing Automation campaigns, including lead nurturing, customer engagement, broadcast campaigns, and CRM integrations.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to maximize visibility and sales performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
• Experience with CRM integration, lead management, remarketing, and audience segmentation is an added advantage.
