YASH Technologies in Pune, IN is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow ITSM with 4+ years of experience to design and implement scalable catalog items, flows, and integrations.

You will work on Flow Designer workflows, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Servers, and platform development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance ITSM operations and self-service adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Flow Designer and related components.

• MID Server setup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, and order guides.
• Build Flow Designer-based catalog workflows.
• Improve ITSM solution that enhance operational efficiency and drive self-service adoption.
• Develop Flows, Subflows, and reusable Actions.
• Migrate legacy workflows to Flow Designer.
• Automate cross-system processes.
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations.
• Use Integration Hub and custom spokes/actions.
• Implement end-to-end orchestration (provisioning, access, infra ops).
• Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers.
• Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Resolve issues across catalog, flows, and integrations.
• Support upgrades and platform enhancements.
• Knowledge management: manage knowledge bases and articles; configure approval/publishing workflows.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 4+ years of experience in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, integrations, and orchestration. The role focuses on scalable automation and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, and order guides
• Build Flow Designer-based catalog workflows
• Design, develop and Improve ITSM solution that enhance operational efficiency and drive self-service adoption

2. Flow Designer & Automation

• Develop Flows, Subflows, and reusable Actions
• Migrate legacy workflows to Flow Designer
• Automate cross-system processes

3. Integrations & Orchestration (Core Focus)

• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations
• Use Integration Hub and custom spokes/actions
• Implement end-to-end orchestration (provisioning, access, infra ops)
• Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers
• Basic-to-intermediate PowerShell knowledge

4. Knowledge Management

• Manage knowledge bases and articles
• Configure approval and publishing workflows

5. Platform Development & Support

• Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
• Resolve issues across catalog, flows, and integrations
• Support upgrades and platform enhancements

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in:
• Flow Designer (Flows, Subflows, Actions)
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Practical Exposure to:
• MID Server setup and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of:
• ServiceNow scripting framework
• PowerShell
• Experience with Service Portal customization

Good to Have

• Experience with Integration Hub, CMDB / Discovery, Knowledge Management
• Certifications: CSA (preferred), CAD (optional)
