Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking experienced ServiceNow ITSM professionals in the Pune area. The role focuses on monitoring, alert handling, and ITOM integration across modern systems.

Candidates should be adept with at least two monitoring tools and have strong API/data pipeline skills. Ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of CMDB relationships, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch usage for log analytics, and Linux/Windows server environments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability concepts.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with event management and alert handling.
• Strong integration skills using APIs, REST, and data pipelines.
• ServiceNow Event Management and ITOM modules experience preferred.
• Understanding of CMDB and CI relationships for impact analysis and enrichment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (anomaly detection, clustering, prediction).
• Exposure to OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for log analysis and event analytics.
• Understanding of Linux and Windows server environments; networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage monitoring and alerting pipelines within ServiceNow ITOM environments.
• Integrate monitoring tools via REST APIs and data pipelines.
• Analyze CMDB relationships for impact analysis and enrichment.
• Utilize OpenSearch/Elasticsearch for log analysis and event analytics.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure observability across platforms.
