Job summary

YASH Technologies in Pune, India is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 4+ years of experience to design and implement Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations. You will optimize ITSM processes, automate cross-system tasks, and enable self-service adoption.

Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and MID Server is required, with exposure to Service Portal customization.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Hands-on experience in Service Catalog development and Flow Designer workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and order guides.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 4+ years of experience in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, integrations, and orchestration. The role focuses on scalable automation and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Catalog & Portal

• Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, and order guides
• Build Flow Designer-based catalog workflows
• Support ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
• Design, develop and Improve ITSM solution that enhance operational efficiency and drive self-service adoption

2. Flow Designer & Automation

• Develop Flows, Subflows, and reusable Actions
• Migrate legacy workflows to Flow Designer
• Automate cross-system processes

3. Integrations & Orchestration (Core Focus)

• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations
• Use Integration Hub and custom spokes/actions
• Implement end-to-end orchestration (provisioning, access, infra ops)
• Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers
• Ensure secure, reliable system communication
• Basic-to-intermediate PowerShell knowledge

4. Knowledge Management

• Manage knowledge bases and articles
• Configure approval and publishing workflows

5. Platform Development & Support

• Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
• Resolve issues across catalog, flows, and integrations
• Support upgrades and platform enhancements

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in:
• Service Catalog development
• Flow Designer (Flows, Subflows, Actions)
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Practical Exposure to:
• MID Server setup and troubleshooting
• Orchestration use cases
• Working knowledge of:
• JavaScript and Glide APIs
• ServiceNow scripting framework
• PowerShell
• Experience with Service Portal customization

Good to Have

• Experience with Integration Hub, CMDB / Discovery, Knowledge Management
• Certifications: CSA (preferred), CAD (optional)
