Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is hiring for ServiceNow ITSM/CSM development professionals to work on client projects requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, integration, and government-facing engagements.

You will contribute across ITSM modules, CSM, and Service Catalog with experience in flow designer, orchestration, and data management. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires 4–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Overall 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow ITSM & CSM development & Implementation.
• Good experience in ServiceNow implementation and Service Catalog, Flow designer flows and orchestration.
• must Have min 3+ years of implementation Exp in custom development.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform; configuration and integration with the CSM module.
• Experience writing client scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, and Catalog scripting.
• Create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using standard and Advanced processes.
• Create web services and integrate data via Mid-Tier; update data in bulk using data management tools.
• Communicate effectively with customer teams for government-related engagements.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
• Strong overall hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform
• Relevant implementation/configuration experience with the ServiceNow CSM module
• Candidates should be suitable for a customer-facing government-related engagement

Responsibilities:

• A ServiceNow professional should be proficient in all the modules of the ITSM suite (IncidentManagement, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service request Management).
• Strong overall hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platformRelevant implementation/configuration experience with the ServiceNow CSM module
• Candidates should be suitable for a customer-facing government-related engagement
• It is a must to have good experience in writing client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, ACLs in theprogramming language.
• Should work on Notification Engine by creating custom notification tags.
• They must create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using a standard process as well as an Advanced level.
• Should have working experience in creating web services, fetching the data to vendor form, and configuring Mid-Tier.
• Should possess sound knowledge to use the data management tool to update the values in bulk.
