Summary:-

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, influencer marketing, digital communication campaigns, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams across multiple clusters and branches.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook across all clusters and branches.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars, including Reels, Shorts, carousels, and learner success stories.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs to drive enquiries.
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate with regional and national influencers.
• Execute cluster-wise influencer campaigns and coordinate with the paid media team.
• Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and segmented email campaigns; track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with branch teams, designers, video editors, and Google/Meta teams.
• Brief creatives, manage approvals, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle comments and DMs, escalates issues, and monitor competitor activities and trends.
