Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and algorithms.
• Canva proficiency; Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
• Camera-friendly and comfortable appearing in social media videos, reels and promotional content.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and similar social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter/X.
• Plan and execute social media activities based on trends, audience interests and competitor analysis.
• Create, edit and publish engaging posts, images, videos and articles.
• Ensure consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.
• Prepare and manage the monthly Social Media Content Calendar.
• Monitor social media trends, comments, influencers and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers for brand collaborations and promotional content.
• Assist in product photoshoots and video shoots whenever required.
• Monitor competitor activities and prepare social media reports.
• Track social media performance, campaign results and audience insights.
• Support marketing activities to increase brand awareness, website traffic and engagement.
