Job summary

Aadyanta Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You will develop and execute strategies to boost brand visibility and generate leads, from ideation to performance analysis.

You will create engaging content, manage campaigns, track metrics, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Proficient with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Experience in SMM, lead generation, and PPC campaigns.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management: Develop and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with the target audience
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Lead Generation: Drive quality leads through organic and paid social media campaigns
• PPC Campaign Management: Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for better conversions
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions
• Community Management: Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, voice, and guidelines
• Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and industry insights to optimize strategy
• Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
