Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut or InShot.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics (Meta Insights, GA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with brand consistency.
• Creative mindset to translate educational value into engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn in a mission-driven org focused on student success.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite to optimize content strategy.
  
• Engage with followers through timely responses, comments, and direct messages to foster community growth and trust.
  
• Collaborate with the content and career advisory teams to promote career workshops, webinars, success stories, and placement updates.
  
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
  
• Assist in managing paid social media campaigns (e.g., targeted ads on Instagram and LinkedIn) to drive lead generation and course sign-ups.
  
• Report regularly on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
