Job summary

Taleo, based in Hyderabad, is seeking a Sales Analytics & Reporting professional to manage the sales pipeline, generate dashboards, and provide key metrics for management and client reviews.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, CRM familiarity (NetSuite/Salesforce), and excellent organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Finance, Commerce or Management.
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce).
• Experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales pipeline hygiene and develop dashboards/reports.
• Track metrics for business units, service lines and customers; provide insight for leadership.
• Monitor renewals and coordinate with Sales, Delivery and Pre-sales for follow-up and closure.
• Conduct basic market/client research and communicate findings.
• Be on top of pipeline figures, wins/losses and business unit performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Delivery and Pre-sales for seamless information flow.

Job description

General Responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline & CRM Hygiene + Maintenance, Sales Pipeline Reports & Dashboards
• Track key metrics on Business Units, Service Lines & Customers/Accounts and provide vital stats for Management/Board/Client meetings.
• Tracking Renewals/Repeat business and working with Salespersons & Delivery Teams to ensure follow-up and completion.
• Conduct basic market / client research and communicate findings.
• Be on the top of numbers/facts with respect to the Sales Pipeline, Wins/Losses & Business Units/Departments.
• Win & Loss Analysis
• Collaboration with Finance, Delivery & Pre-sales teams for seamless business information and stay updated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance / Commerce / Management.
• Well versed with MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Familiarity, understanding & experience in CRM (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).
• Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.
• Extremely organized with good time-management skills.
• Intermediate presentation & written communication skills.
• Intermediate business acumen and demonstration on tasks.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• Salesforce CRM Admin experience would be a plus
• Advanced analytical, Research skills and knowledge.
