Job summary

Alter Domus in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce specialist to monitor data quality and develop dashboards, including CRM Analytics, leveraging global Sales & RM teams to handle support requests. You will test Salesforce developments, assist in administration, contribute to commercial reports, and train new users, driving data-driven improvements and adoption across the sales organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (as stated).
• 5 years’ experience with Salesforce.

Job description

• Carry-out regular data monitoring on salesforce to ensure high data quality is maintained on our CRM system
• Develop, Improve and maintain Salesforce Dashboards, including CRM Analytics Dashboards
• Work with the global Sales & RM team to provide assistance in dealing with salesforce support requests
• Undertake detailed testing for all salesforce development being rolled out
• Support in overall Salesforce administration
• Play an important role in the various Commercial Reports that are prepared by Sales Operations from Salesforce data
• Train new users on Salesforce
• Suggest Salesforce improvements and automations to further improve data quality and adoption of CRM;
• Assist in sales data analysis that is done on a regular basis by the Sales Operations team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
• 5 years’ experience with Salesforce;
• Knowledge and experience within the alternative industry will be seen as an added benefit;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;
