Metro Decorative is seeking an experienced RM/ZM/AGM to drive business growth for its WPC Wall Cladding & Decking portfolio in India. The incumbent will develop regional sales strategies, expand distributor and dealer networks, and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

You should have 10–15 years in Building Materials or WPC, proven channel and project sales experience, and strong leadership and relationship skills. MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Materials, WPC.
• Proven experience in managing distributor and dealer networks.
• Strong exposure to channel sales, project sales, and business development.
• Experience leading regional sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
