Job summary

Somany Ceramics Tiles seeks an Associate Zonal Manager_CPD to spearhead CPD business in Dehradun and surrounding regions. You will drive sales targets, build dealer and influencer networks, and mentor the sales team to achieve regional growth.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee dealer onboarding, campaigns, and market expansion initiatives while ensuring adherence to credit and discount policies.

Qualifications

• MBA with 14–16 years experience in building materials/tiles sectors.
• Experience in regional/zonal sales leadership and dealer management.
• Strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve tile targets for self and team.
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, architects, influencers, franchise and club dealers.
• Monitor sales plans, KRAs, productivity and business calls of self and team.
• Ensure adherence to credit policy, discount management, SOPs and authorization matrix.
• Identify new markets, gap towns and business opportunities; appoint dealers accordingly.
• Drive counter-share growth, product penetration and retail visibility.
• Plan and implement dealer, influencer, mason and plumber connect programs.
• Propose and execute schemes, promotions and marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and dealer requirements and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure proper sampling, display and new-product launch visibility at counters.
• Oversee franchise enrolment across major towns to improve brand visibility and retail sales.
• Manage influencers and strengthen relationships with key market stakeholders.
• Oversee depot activities related to dispatch and market services, wherever applicable.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Somany Experience Centres, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of business processes.
• Mentor team members and develop a strong second line of leadership.

Role Purpose

Represent the brand across the assigned state/region and independently drive CPD business growth by achieving sales targets, strengthening dealer and influencer relationships, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team effectively.
