Job summary

Genpact seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Lean Digital Transformation initiatives, overseeing Medius implementations and automation across AP workflows. You will drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement, ensuring timely milestones and measurable benefits.

SME for Medius with SAP/HANA exposure, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver training, and enable touchless processing and STP for global clients from India.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Medius AP automation and invoice processing workflows.
• Experience in S2P/AP operations with Medius transformation initiatives.
• Ability to drive automation maturity and process optimization.
• Knowledge of invoice capture, validation, workflow, posting, and exception management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Medius implementation initiatives and governance; track milestones.
• Drive automation improvements to maximize touchless processing and STP.
• Serve as SME for Medius functionality; support configuration and testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; run workshops and requirement discussions.
• Create SOPs, process docs, training materials, and governance reports.
• Deliver Medius readiness training and track completion; support PMO analytics.

Project Oversight & GovernanceMonitor Medius implementation initiatives and ensure timely execution of project milestones.Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.Prepare governance reports, status updates, and action trackers.Coordinate with business, operations, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.2. Automation & Continuous ImprovementDrive automation improvement initiatives within Medius to maximize touchless processing and Straight-Through Processing (STP).Analyse automation maturity, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.Partner with operations and business teams to reduce manual interventions and improve process efficiency.Track automation performance and benefits realization metrics.3. Medius Functional & Technical ExpertiseServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medius functionality and system capabilities.Possess strong knowledge of Medius workflows, validation rules, posting logic, capture processes, and automation features.Support configuration discussions, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during implementation and stabilization phases.Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement system enhancements.4. Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementFacilitate communication between project, business, IT, and operational teams.Organize workshops, implementation meetings, and requirement discussions.Ensure timely resolution of open actions and stakeholder queries.5.
