Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Lean Digital Transformation to lead Medius implementation, automation initiatives, and governance across business, IT, and operations. You will act as SME for Medius functionality, coordinate workshops, and drive efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight and governance for Medius implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, operations, IT and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive automation improvement initiatives to maximize touchless processing and STP.
• Serve as SME for Medius functionality and system capabilities, support configuration discussions, testing, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and timely action tracking with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, training materials, and governance reports; deliver readiness training.
• Monitor progress and analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities and post-implementation improvements.

Job Description – Medius Implementation & Automation Coordinator Role

Role Purpose

Drive the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Medius solutions by providing project oversight, stakeholder coordination, automation enhancement, technical expertise, and training support to business and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Oversight & Governance

• Monitor Medius implementation initiatives and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
• Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare governance reports, status updates, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.

2. Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation improvement initiatives within Medius to maximize touchless processing and Straight-Through Processing (STP).
• Analyse automation maturity, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations and business teams to reduce manual interventions and improve process efficiency.
• Track automation performance and benefits realization metrics.

3. Medius Functional & Technical Expertise

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medius functionality and system capabilities.
• Possess strong knowledge of Medius workflows, validation rules, posting logic, capture processes, and automation features.
• Support configuration discussions, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during implementation and stabilization phases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement system enhancements.

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate communication between project, business, IT, and operational teams.
• Organize workshops, implementation meetings, and requirement discussions.
• Ensure timely resolution of open actions and stakeholder queries.

5. Documentation & Training

• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of:
  • SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Process Documentation
  • Training Materials
  • Governance Reports
• Coordinate and deliver Medius readiness training for GP agents and business users.
• Track training completion and support change management activities.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor implementation progress and automation performance through dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
