Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Sr. Consultant - Enterprise Application specializing in Workday HCM.

You will gather requirements, configure Core HCM, Staffing, Job Profiles, Positions, Organizations, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent, and Recruiting, and collaborate with stakeholders. You will work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, perform UAT, data migration, testing, release management, and provide training and documentation while aligning with HR policies

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Core HCM and related configurations.
• Knowledge of security, supervisory structures, and reporting.
• Familiarity with integrations and data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design sessions with HR stakeholders.
