Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Leader in Lean Digital Transformation in Hyderabad to drive digital strategy and transformation initiatives. You will develop roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to scale AI and digital solutions across the organization.

The role requires broad certification, business analytics expertise, and strong change leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business/economics/finance or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced) is required.

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing digital transformation projects.
